What is a WhatsApp AI chatbot?
An AI chatbot is a digital assistant that automatically answers your customers’ messages on your WhatsApp number. Unlike rigid chatbots, it understands freely worded questions and replies in natural language, based on your business information.
How does the AI assistant work?
When a customer writes to you on WhatsApp, the assistant reads the message, finds the right information in your knowledge base and writes a reply. You see all conversations in the team inbox and can reply yourself at any time.
Can the chatbot book appointments?
Yes, in the Business and Professional plans. You store your services and opening hours; the assistant suggests free slots and adds the appointment to your calendar. Customers can be reminded the day before.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
In many cases, yes. Your number can be connected via QR code; alternatively, a connection via the official WhatsApp Business API is possible. We’ll clarify which option suits you in the consultation.
How much does an AI chatbot cost?
Our plans start at €79 per month plus a one-time setup fee. You’ll find all prices above in the section Pricing, each plus statutory VAT.
How long does setup take?
That depends on how extensive your information and processes are. We’ll discuss the exact timeline in the free initial consultation.
Can a staff member take over conversations?
Yes. Your team can take over any conversation and pause the assistant for it. The assistant can also be set up to hand over to your team for certain requests.
How does the AI training work?
Together with you, we store your business knowledge: services, prices, opening hours, frequent questions and rules on what the assistant may and may not say. After launch, we improve the answers based on the first conversations.
What additional costs can arise?
Depending on the connection, WhatsApp provider fees may apply, for example when using the WhatsApp Business API. If the quota of AI replies included in your plan is exceeded, usage-based costs may arise. We inform you transparently in advance.
How is customer data processed?
Messages are transmitted via WhatsApp and stored in your business inbox. When the AI assistant is active, the message text may be sent to the AI provider used in order to generate a reply. We conclude a data processing agreement for this processing. The terms of WhatsApp (Meta) also apply. More in our privacy policy.
